need help with an orange juice box.

i have been working for far too long trying to get the crease on the top of this carton of orange juice correct. can anyone tell me what i should be doing to model this? i've tried a whole bunch of different things but the crease still eludes me.

what is the most efficient way to model this object?

the picture of the kind of carton i am trying to model is found here:

sorry for the lighting, which ironically makes the thing i am asking help about a little hard to see.
if i had 1 penny for every time i needed to press 'do composite', but didn't, i would probably be using 3dsMax.

This isn't exact but should give you an idea of how to model the crease. If it does not help let me know I will do more a step by step. OBTW I started with a cube and deleted one face then used a mirror modifier so I only had to model one side.

i was also doing the mirror modifier.

i see where i went wrong in trying to model this, rather than make the top part out of actual 3d shapes, i just used planes. :P
silly me, thank you though, the model looks great :D
